The EPP code (or AuthCode) is a unique password generated by the current registrar that authorizes the domain transfer. You find it in the control panel of your current account (the Domain Management → Transfer Auth Code section or similar). If you can't find it, our team can guide you or request it on your behalf directly from the registrar.

The standard duration is 5–7 business days for international domains (.com, .net, .org). .ro domains may take up to 7 days depending on ROTLD. The process also depends on how quickly the current registrar approves the transfer request — there is usually a confirmation email you need to approve.

Yes, 100%. Existing DNS records stay active throughout the transfer. Your website, email and any other configured services continue to work without interruption. DNS only changes if you explicitly choose to modify it after the transfer is complete.

Yes, always. Under ICANN policy, any domain transfer automatically includes a 1-year extension of the registration period. If your domain still has 8 months of validity, after the transfer it will have 8 months + 1 year = 20 months. The displayed price fully covers this extension — there are no hidden costs.
