30-day guarantee

Every TrustnetSolutions.ro hosting customer benefits from an unconditional 30-day guarantee. The 30-day guarantee applies to all hosting accounts, within the first 30 days of signing up.

If during this period you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the hosting service or the quality of the support received from the representatives of Trustnet Solutions S.R.L., you can request and receive a refund of the money paid in advance.

Exclusions from the 30-day guarantee

The following services are not included in the 30-day guarantee:

• web domain registration, renewal or transfer fees;
• fees paid for dedicated servers and virtual servers;
• services ordered as a reseller;
• fees paid for optional services other than those in the standard offering.

Services paid by SMS can only be refunded to the customer account as credit, and relate strictly to web hosting and web reseller services paid by SMS.

Refund period

Amounts covered by the 30-day guarantee are usually refunded within a few hours and no later than 24 hours from the request. Exceptionally, the refund may be processed within a maximum of 30 business days. The refund of paid amounts is made in full, less bank fees.

Prices and payment

All prices published on this site are expressed in dollars, all taxes included. Payment is made at the BNR exchange rate on the day the proforma invoice is issued.
