The purpose of this document is to inform you about the processing of your personal data in the context of using the website www.trustnetsolutions.ro (hereinafter referred to as 'the Site').

Data collection

If you are a customer of the Site, Trustnet Solutions SRL will process your personal data, such as first and last name, phone, email address, billing address, data relating to how you use the Site, as well as any other categories of data you provide directly in the context of creating a user account, placing an order through the Site, or in any other way resulting from the use of the Site.

The purpose of collecting the data is to provide services and products according to the current offering, as well as to register web domains on behalf of customers and in accordance with their orders. We also use this information to be able to contact you regarding payment notifications and/or the due date of the purchased services.

Disclosure of personal data

The only entities that have access to users' data are the providers we work with to deliver web domain registration and SSL certificate services. This is necessary in order to register the ordered service on behalf of the customer. In exceptional cases and based on official requests, law-enforcement public authorities may have access to the user's data.

The only data about the users of this site that other third parties (e.g. Google Analytics) have access to is aggregated and anonymised — users cannot be identified on the basis of it.

User rights

Under the conditions provided by the legislation on the processing of personal data, as a data subject you have the following rights:

2. the right to access the data we hold about you;
3. the right to request the rectification of the data we hold about you;
4. the right to request the deletion of the data we hold about you;
